The NAM team took part in the Global Picket of Solidarity with Belarus together with the Belarusians of Poland and other residents of Warsaw in the Polish capital’s Castle Square.

— Now we must all do our utmost. Belarusians in our country must intensify their protest activity and prepare for strikes. Belarusians abroad should write petitions, hold pickets in front of the buildings of the European Union, hold rallies in order to achieve not only European concern, but also concrete and tough actions of the European Union against the regime", said the head of the NAM Pavel Latushka during the picket.

Our strength is in solidarity, and we will win.

The Belarusian diaspora and local residents took to the streets in dozens of cities around the world today for the Global Picket of Solidarity with Belarus.

Sydney, Berlin, Toronto, Vilnius, Tel Aviv, Ottawa, Bordeaux, Seoul, Warsaw, Oslo, Seville, London, Padua, Kyiv, Lyon, Adelaide and Amsterdam are just some of the cities where actions in support of our people took place.

National white-red-white flags of Belarus were hoisted above Riga and Lodz city halls, near Stockholm city hall, in front of our country’s embassy in the Swedish municipality of Nakka and above Branicki Palace in Bialystok.

In addition, of course, actions were held in Belarus itself. Belarusians walked around in white, put out slippers in their towns as a sign of support for Sergei Tikhanovski, and expressed solidarity and protest in other creative ways.

The NAM and all Belarusians are grateful to the Global Picket participants for such strong support. When we are united, we are invincible!
