"It is important for us to understand that today the Belarussian sovereignty is under a threat." Head of the NAM Pavel Latushka on the air of the TV "RAIN" channel and in an interview with Radio Liberty.
— According to our information, Lukashenka and Putin may sign documents that will lead to partial or complete loss of Belarussian sovereignty. The dictator goes to great lengths to stay in power: he is ready to "sell" Belarus. Everything suggests that a critical moment is coming for our statehood.
As the Major General announced earlier, It is possible to make a decision on the deployment of a military contingent of the Russian armed forces on the territory of Belarus, including an air regiment and the creation by Russia of its own air defense system on the territory of Belarus.
At the same time, the possibility of signing roadmaps of deep integration of Belarus and Russia, including the financial sphere, is not ruled out, as previously announced by the Ambassador of Belarus to Russia Vladimir Semashko. I would like to be wrong, but this forecast follows from the public statements of representatives of the regime.
If this happens and unconstitutional agreements are reached, then one of the most important steps, I think, I should offer Svetlana Tikhanovskaya to hold the inauguration and form a government. She was elected as legitimate leader by the people of Belarus; more than 40 foreign states recognize her as such.
I am convinced that the Belarusian society will stand up to defend the sovereignty and independence of the country. Since November 5, Lukashenka has no right to represent either the Belarusian people or the Republic of Belarus. And all his decisions are illegal.
We, the democratic forces, will call on world leaders to make a statement on non-recognition of Lukashenka’s actions. Separately, we will turn to the United States and Great Britain with the requirement to fulfill the obligations fixed by the Budapest Memorandum to preserve the security and territorial integrity of the Republic of Belarus.
As soon as Lukashenka signs the anti-constitutional document, all employees of the executive power and diplomatic missions of Belarus abroad will be obliged to resign.
