The NAM team has gathered evidence implicating the Lukashenka regime in committing a war crime, specifically, the illegal deportation of Ukrainian children from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to Belarus. Based on the materials collected, the NAM team has prepared a communication under Article 15 of the Rome Statute, titled "On the illegal deportation or transfer of Ukrainian children from territories occupied by Russia to Belarus." On June 27, 2023, the National Anti-Crisis Management submitted this communication to the International Criminal Court.
 

This communication serves as a compilation of evidence and a legal analysis of the illegal deportation of Ukrainian children from Russian-occupied territories to Belarus, covering the period from September 2022 to May 2023.
 

NAM continues to work to collect evidence of the Lukashenko regime committing a war crime of illegally transferring Ukrainian children.
