During a working meeting between Pavel Latushka, leader of the "Latushka’s Team and the Movement For Freedom" faction, faction member and renowned Belarusian actor Ihar Sihou, and a group of Belarusian artists, an agreement was reached to create a platform showcasing the portfolios and information of Belarusian artists in exile. This online platform will serve as a central hub for information about Belarusian actors, directors, and other theater professionals currently living abroad, particularly those from institutions such as the Yanka Kupala National Academic Theater, the National Theatre of Belarusian Drama, the Hrodna Regional Drama Theatre, and others whose members were forced to flee Belarus. The platform will feature video reels, photographs, filmographies, biographies, language proficiencies, and other relevant details. It is estimated that over 100 Belarusian film and theater professionals are currently residing in Poland alone.

This platform will enable Polish film agencies and casting directors to easily connect with and hire Belarusian talent for film and television productions. For Belarusian artists, it represents a vital opportunity for creative fulfillment and employment while living in exile.

The estimated cost to develop and launch this platform is €3,000. Securing financial support to make this project a reality is a top priority for the Belarusian artistic community in exile. If you are interested in supporting this initiative, we encourage you to contribute to the National Anti-Crisis Management (NAM) accounts with the designation "For the Platform for Belarusian Culture."
