transfer information concerning the commission of war crimes by the Lukashenka regime in connection with the illegal transfer of Ukrainian children from the occupied territories of Ukraine to Belarus;

Mechanisms for bringing representatives of the regime to international criminal responsibility for crimes were discussed. The Director General agreed to analyze the possibilities of using UN instruments in these areas in connection with the election of Slovenia as a non-permanent member of the UN Security Council.
Measures to increase pressure on Lukashenka's regime were discussed. The representative of the Slovenian Foreign Ministry stressed that the country is in favor of further pressure on the Lukashenka regime in order to fulfill the demands of the Belarusian society, including the release of political prisoners.
The problems of the Belarusian diaspora in Slovenia were discussed: it was agreed that the Slovenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs would support a corresponding request to the National Bank of Slovenia to solve the problem associated with opening accounts in Slovenia by a Belarusian. commercial banks of the country.
The issue of issuing Slovenian visas to citizens of Belarus who suffered from repression by the regime, or to family members of repressed Belarusians, will be separately considered by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Slovenia.
They agreed to present a list of possible actions to support the democratic forces of Belarus by Slovenia within the framework of the UN.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Slovenia will analyze the reports prepared by the NAM team on crimes against Ukrainian children and crimes against citizens of Belarus in order to discuss possible further steps to bring the perpetrators to justice in the near future.
