Pavel Latushka, Deputy Head of the United Transitional Cabinet’s representative for the transit of power, appointed two deputies, Artsiom Praskalovich and Yury Hubarevich
Artsiom Praskalovich will be responsible for legal matters in the prosecution of representatives of the Lukashenko regime under international law. Prior to that, he worked in public service for 14 years — at Partizanski District Court in Minsk, the Ministry of Justice, and the Presidential Administration — resigned in protest on 13 August 2020. He has extensive experience in constitutional and law enforcement legislation. For the past two years, he has worked in the National Anti-Crisis Management and is responsible for legal matters.
Yury Hubarevich will deal with the training of the personnel reserve for the new Belarus. In the first half of the 2000s Yury Hubarevich was deputy chairman of the Belaaziorsk city council.
