About the creation of United Transitional Cabinet of Belarus

Appeal from Pavel Latushka to support Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya’s decision to form a transition cabinet — a body of national power

In connection with Russia's military aggression against Ukraine and the involvement of the occupied territory of Belarus in the war, the National's Anti-Crisis Management supports the decision of Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya to accept the powers granted to her by the Belarusian people as a result of the presidential elections in 2020, to defend the independence and national interests of the Republic of Belarus.

We support the decision that Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya has the exclusive right to represent the interests of the Belarusian people.

I, Pavel Latushka, and the NAM team support Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya’s decision to form a transition cabinet as a body of national power in the Republic of Belarus.

I call on all national democratic forces of the Republic of Belarus to support this decision and act as a united front in defense of the sovereignty and independence of the Republic of Belarus.

Fellow citizens, Belarusians, I appeal to you to show all possible resistance to the occupation authorities.

I call on the military personnel of the Republic of Belarus to remain faithful to the oath to the Belarusian people, not to participate in military aggression against the fraternal Ukrainian people and, if possible, to go over to the side of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Remember that Lukashenko’s orders have no legal force and are criminal.

In view of recent events, A. Lukashenko and the entire administrative and military-bureaucratic apparatus can be considered not only political, but also war criminals.

It is necessary to form a national liberation movement.

I call on all national democratic forces of the Republic of Belarus to support this decision and act as a united front in defense of the sovereignty and independence of the Republic of Belarus. And I call for the creation of a national liberation movement in our country.

Long live Belarus!
